Pandinus Imperators supposedly have rough ridges on their chelae while the Heterometruses have a smooth chelae structure...

Thanks for sharing the website. I concur with you that Pandinus Imperator has rough ridges on their chelae while the Heterometruses sp. has a smooth chelae structure.
Size wise might be hard to tell apart because it can simply depends on the age and diet of the scorpions.
Colour wise ... might be another challenge because when I compared my heterometrus sp with my friend's Pandinus Imperator...both look equally greenish under bright light. The only difference is the chelae structrue.
